URI & HUR builds the positioning architecture for African fashion brands.

Part of that architecture is naming what African fashion has always been: made by hand, made to last, regenerative long before the word existed. To position this work is to tell that truth to the world, at the level it has always deserved.

Tier 1

Foundational

For designers with genuine creative talent whose brand identity, narrative, and presentation are not yet clearly defined. The work exists. The world cannot yet read it correctly. Foundational establishes clarity, direction, and the language the brand needs to be understood at the level it deserves.

Tier 2

Editorial

For designers who have something strong but whose visual presentation does not yet reflect the quality of what they are building. The brand is stronger than it looks. Editorial elevates how the work is seen, understood, and positioned before buyers, press, and the global audience.

Tier 3

Integration

For designers with genuine potential for inclusion in Lineage Vol. 1 or The Vault who need comprehensive repositioning to arrive at the standard the platform requires. Integration is the most intensive engagement URI & HUR offers. It ends with a clear pathway into the URI & HUR ecosystem.
